Are there long term contracts?
No, Cloud Nation does not have a minimum period and our services are month-to-month agreements. One of the benefits of the hosted desktop is the flexibility it gives to your IT infrastructure that it can be expanded or reduced rapidly to meet the seasonal demands on your business. A minimum contract length would mitigate against this benefit for our customers.
What are the uptime SLAs for Cloud Nation?
Our services are backed up by SLAs guaranteeing 99.95% uptime SLA and availability. In the simplest possible term, this means that we have to make sure they’re available to you 99.95% of the time; otherwise we’ll start losing money. We deliver this SLA through our partnership with Amazon AWS.
Does Cloud Nation sell to the public?
No. We are a channel-only service provider. We offer a complete set of solutions that help you - resllers and MSP - to deliver Windows networked solutions in a private cloud.
How long has Cloud Nation been in business?
Cloud Nation originated from Horizon Private Cloud and SMB Nation. The two companies agreed to merge portions of their operations and form a new company in April 2013 called Cloud Nation. Prior to the formation of Cloud Nation, Horizon Private Cloud delivered hosted desktops and servers since 2011. SMB Nation has a long standing reputation as a channel advocate and promoter of best-of-breed technologies for the SMB market.
